I think these colors have something to do with the proximity to specific types of water.I live near 3 dammed lakes, but I get nothing like this; but Tahoe, which has no dam, does.I think your year must be up; time for surveys and tables! :) Thanks. Biene
Possibly, Biene. There are not many lakes around here, but lots of drainage ditches and a few rivers. Most of the water here is pumped out to the sea (otherwise we would be living in a swamp).
